Goodnight, Friend

Goodnight, Friend was the first short documentary that I directed and produced and I am incredibly proud of it.

Focusing on the topic of pet bereavement, I wanted the film to create a better understanding of how deeply affected people can be by pet loss. It was also my hope that the film would bring a sense of comfort to those who have experienced pet bereavement themselves.

Goodnight, Friend was filmed at various locations within England and with the support of Blue Cross. The film has screened at film festivals internationally and I was delighted to win the award of ‘Best Female Filmmaker’ at the Satisfied Eye International Film Festival.
